Stephanie Vincent
Stephanie is Director of Mahana People and has nearly 25 years of experience as a human resources practitioner, including 15 years as a people leader and senior leader. Her experience was gained in a variety of sectors including education, health technology, financial services and central and local government organisations. With a background as a senior leader and key influencer in mid-sized organisations she has both strategic and practical hands-on expertise across the full range of people-related functions.

Mahana People focus on bringing expert technical knowledge to support organisations with their people business, with a warmth and wisdom. That’s why we chose to include mahana (te reo Māori for warmth) in our business name to reflect what we offer.
Locations
We deliver human resources consultant and contract services to organisations in New Zealand’s three main centres of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, and across Te Tau Ihu o Waka a Māui, the beautiful Top of the South. We can also deliver some services remotely to businesses outside these regions on request.

Bachelor of Commerce, University of Canterbury (HR and Marketing)
Diploma for Graduates, University of Otago (Mathematics and Statistics)
Human Synergistics Accredited Practitioner in LSI, GSI, LI and Leader as Coach trainer
